Overall Satisfaction with HCSS

They have always been very helpful.

HCSS is used throughout the whole company; [it] starts with estimating and goes to the field for job site management.

Tracking cost and revenue where items overrun and under-run
In the estimating, there needs to be a function to determine wet and dry costs for equipment when reviewing a project
Easier interface with an accounting program

I worked for Kiewit for 26 years and they wrote their own program which is similar to HCSS, but their operations program was better than HCSS.

Its estimating can be done on any size project with multiple estimators. Its reporting in the field as to permanent materials needs to be addressed.
