Overall Satisfaction with Heap

I use Heap to collect data on how our users are interacting with the applications I am responsible for. Our product helps users conduct their home search, so understanding which components they are interacting with and which ones they are not is key to improving our site and its effectiveness.

  • Sharing dashboards with other users could be a bit more intuitive

Heap is well suited for scenarios where you need to get a quick read on how certain features are performing. You can easily load up a certain page or portion of your application, and because Heap automatically collects data on interactions with every element, you know you can find the information you're looking for.
