Overall Satisfaction with Heap

We use Heap to understand the effectiveness of our product initiatives and product marketing funnel in driving activation and adoption. Heap is also our reporting center for product health and the relationship between different product KPIs. The reporting from Heap drives cross-functional discussion and prioritization of which advertising campaigns to continue, or whether a recent product release has changed adoption patterns.

Power BI was much more cumbersome and required more expertise. The permissions also required constant requests from the data team to update reports and insights. With Heap, it's almost unlimited in its power of self-service and creation of reports and views on pre-existing data that it picks up automatically.

Heap was well suited to bringing together information from marketing and product performance. The ability to define any attribute and create reports to understand the relationship between functions has made it much easier to drive a product-led growth strategy for our SaaS product. Heap has reduced lag time in communication and understanding of the impact of our efforts. We have been able to test our hypotheses much faster and much more companies use data to create new campaigns and new product features.
