Overall Satisfaction with HelloSign
HelloSign filled a big need for us for our contract signing. We trialed 4 platforms and ultimately chose HelloSign. We used the program until we were introduced to a full CRM program that fit our needs more comprehensively (contracts plus payment processing and more). Until that time, HelloSign met our needs in ways we didn't even know was possible. Our internal sales team used it daily. It allowed us to have customized contracts in a user-friendly platform with legally binding signatures.

We trialed HelloSign, Adobe Sign, DocuSign, and Instanet. We chose HelloSign because it was the most user-friendly for us and for our signers. The customization was unmatched and met all of our needs fully. The other platforms felt bulky or not intuitive, where HelloSign was exactly what we were looking for.
