Overall Satisfaction with HelloSign

HelloSign filled a big need for us for our contract signing. We trialed 4 platforms and ultimately chose HelloSign. We used the program until we were introduced to a full CRM program that fit our needs more comprehensively (contracts plus payment processing and more). Until that time, HelloSign met our needs in ways we didn't even know was possible. Our internal sales team used it daily. It allowed us to have customized contracts in a user-friendly platform with legally binding signatures.
  • Customized contracts--add your verbiage, along with fields that need to be completed by the signer
  • Cost effective
  • It would be helpful if HelloSign had integrations with a payment processing program (like Square or Stripe), so payments could be collected at the time of contract signing.
  • Saved 2-3 hours per week in contract processing
  • Cost/benefit ratio is very high
We trialed HelloSign, Adobe Sign, DocuSign, and Instanet. We chose HelloSign because it was the most user-friendly for us and for our signers. The customization was unmatched and met all of our needs fully. The other platforms felt bulky or not intuitive, where HelloSign was exactly what we were looking for.
We did not need any support from HelloSign while we were using the platform. There is a full support site on their website and we used a lot of the help articles to set up and use the program. You can also submit a request through the site for additional help, should the need arise.

There is no other e-signature software that I would recommend to a colleague. HelloSign is BY FAR the most user friendly, customizable, and intelligent platform we have used. Their integrations with Dropbox and Google Drive make the capabilities of the program even better--saving time and keeping things organized no matter the contract. The platform is less appropriate for companies that need a full integrative solution with payment processing and stronger CRM needs.
