Overall Satisfaction with HelloSign

HelloSign is used mostly across our client facing departments like sales and customer success. HelloSign allows us first and foremost to save paper and space. It helps us do business faster, provide transparency, and easily keep the right people in the loop on specific deals. HelloSign also allows us to protect ourselves, from a legal perspective.
  • Hellosign is relatively simple to create a document for signing
  • Hellosign documents are easy to navigate and sign
  • Hellosign could have more integrations
  • Would be great to have Salesforce integration where you could attach it to an opportunity/account
  • We can do business faster
  • We can protect ourselves easier
I honestly cannot put a finger on any major differences between HelloSign and the other big hitters we evaluated. It is a fairly straightforward application that does its job well. I would say HelloSign gave us a better deal in the end so, that is why we decided to go that route.
I gave it this rating because we have not had much trouble with the software, at least from where I am sitting. Everything has always been straightforward and simple to accomplish with no major hiccups. It seems like if there are any issues, they are able to resolve them fairly quickly.
