Overall Satisfaction with HelloSign

HelloSign, or now DropboxSign, is used within our company to sign contracts with Clients. This is a secure and quick way to get the signatures we need without much effort from potential clients. No software is needed on their end to proceed with signatures and the signing process is quick and easy.

This program is very well suited for electronic signing processes. It is easy to use for both parties, the signer and the signee and allows for very little time necessary when completing documents. This is very appropriate for businesses that operate remotely and need an easy way to sign off for clients. One of the biggest issues I have seen with the program is that when a Word Document is uploaded instead of a PDF, the formatting can sometimes be messed up.

Using HelloSign

4 - The Sales team is the only individuals within our company that use HelloSign / DropboxSign. We are the first point of contact new clients have within the company and we set up the initial contracts. When a contract is renewed we also handle these signatures.
3 - Very little is needed to support the use of this program. The interface is user-friendly with little to no need for an explanation after the initial use. People of a variety of skills should be able to use this program without issue.
