Overall Satisfaction with HelloSign
We use HelloSign extensively at our business. We use it for sending out all contracts to new customers and existing customers who are extending. We also use it to sign NDA's, Contracts with new employees, User Agreements with our employees - literally any document that we need proof that someone has signed - we use HelloSign.
- Simple process of getting a document signed
- Drag and drop of fields
- UI is minimal with just the fields/options you need
- Extremely easy to use
- Better integration with Dropbox
- When using a template the setup screen can feel a little messy - text looks different to the rest of the site.
- Long document titles are cutt off with ... instead of wrapping so you have to use non-conventional document titles so you can view and understand your signature history better.

- More professional feel to our process rather than someone pasting an image of a signature
- Users can complete docs on Mobile so ease of use
We looked at the DocuSign solution but we felt that HelloSign was better suited to our needs as it had a closer integration with Dropbox which is a product we already use.
The price was also a factor but not a deciding factor. There's a good pricing option/plan selection for HelloSign which helps us in the future.
