Overall Satisfaction with Hibob

We use Hibob as our main HR system. We log all of the employees on there, adjusting for joiners and leavers, which plays a key part in our process of running the payroll as Hibob clearly shows all of the necessary information. Hibob has addressed our problem of easy personnel management, it is so easy to use to track so many aspects of each employee (e.g. their bank details in order to make sure their salary gets paid to the correct bank account).
  • It clearly shows the amount of used and accrued annual leave that someone has remaining, which is incredibly useful for when employees leave and we have to pay them their outstanding annual leave.
  • Requesting time off is so easy, it's a really simplified experience both for the employee and the approver.
  • I like the notifications it gives you when someone edits their profile, we use this to track people's payrises and information changes which is crucial to our payroll process.
  • I've found that the docs section is sometimes difficult to navigate through, although this is probably a user error!
  • The organisation chart is a bit funny when you include staff that have left within the filter, it's not as smooth as when you run it for just current employees

  • It's a great reminder for people's birthdays which is nice as people will plan to get a cake/present sent to the person whose birthday it is, so it's good from a company culture perspective which is something we are very keen on

As mentioned earier, Hibob is well suited for companies that have quite a manual payroll process like we do. We get all of the info from Hibob to use as a basis of paying our employees, such as bank details for each employee and their salaries, which Hibob presents in a clear and concise way that causes no confusion
