Overall Satisfaction with HiBob

We use HiBob as our global HR solution. It houses all employee information, our org chart, management of time off and more. It integrates well with other SaaS providers we use including our SSO platform and Slack, making it a seamless part of our workflow.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Great integrations
  • Fun and engaging UX

Cons

  • To get the full experience your employees really need to engage with the software - if they don't when they set things up there is no encouragement to do it later.
  • There is (or was) an option to publicly display salaries - this should be very difficult to accidentally do!
  • One stop shop for all employee information - provides transparency and saves time.
  • Attendance management is so easy!
As a user from outside the HR department it is just so easy to use! I've used time tracking software in the past that took forever to fill in and looked like it was designed in the 80s. Additionally, it is always easy to find the person you are looking for and understand the corporate structure.
I don't remember the names of other similar products that I have used as I am not in HR so I don't work with it daily and didn't evaluate the products. But! I am in UX, and I can tell you that from that perspective, HiBob is really head and shoulders above the rest. If you are looking for a software that your managers and employees will love, this is it.

As that person who always has the org chart open I really appreciate how clearly it is displayed in HiBob - I also like how there are fun and interesting ways to explore your team in the software.

It makes managing attendance and time off for both yourself and those you supervise so easy. With quick fix you can fill out time for your entire month, and with the Slack integration you don't even have to log in to approve time.
