Overall Satisfaction with Higher Logic

We use Higher Logic across our entire organization and a means for member communications, member resources, committee participation and to house members only content.
  • Managing committees has been our main use for Higher Logic, you can organize materials easily and facilitate discussion between calls with ease as well.
  • Automation rules are an addition to the system added over the past couple of years and they have helped a ton with the day to day communications with our membership, allowing us to get more specific information out to certain segments of our membership and only having to set the automation rule up once to benefit from it for as long as you need.
  • Higher Logic is really good at keeping up with current technologies and trickling that down to their user experience. They strive to consistently improve their product.
  • Because Higher Logic is on the cutting edge of keeping things current as a community manager it can be really hard to keep current on all their updates and releases.
  • Higher Logic has helped us with overall membership engagement.
  • Higher Logic has also helped us to streamline some of our member communications by helping us categorize our various audiences.
  • Some of our "old timers" that have been members for years had a very hard time adjusting to this online community environment, so it's taken some time to training older members to not just email everyone with old, outdated email lists but to look to the community to have all the up to date member contacts and information.
Higher Logic is well suited for membership organizations that are looking to replace their outdated listserv, blogs, discussion boards, etc.
