Overall Satisfaction with HireRight
We use HireRight right across the entire enterprise. It has solved our biggest problem of being consistent when running backgrounds for similar positions.
Pros
- Can set up levels of backgrounds for certain sets of positions

Cons
- Communicating issues with specific background reports more often
- Consistentency for possible compliance issues.
- Turnaround time
We haven't implemented I-9 yet but plan to in the future. This will make it so that I-9s and backgrounds reports can be stored in one place.
