Overall Satisfaction with HireRight

HireRight is being used for background checks and drug screenings for badging on specific projects.

  • Not keeping records long enough
  • Sometimes the checks take too long
  • Enabled being able to get badged.
We selected HireRight because it does what we need, usually in a timely manner for a fair price. We use other programs when it is required for a specific project and must be used.
I haven't had to use the support that much, but when I have they have been helpful and quick.

It is well suited for specific aspects of background checking, such as an SSN trace and/or drug screening. I haven't run into a scenario where it would not be a good program.
