Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use HireVue to interview potential candidates and since our company is spread across the country, we save on travel expenses and time for candidates and our staff.

Pros and Cons

Pros

It is extremely easy to set up.
It is extremely easy to participate in an interview - we have not had any connectivity issues.
Easy to maneuver in the system to get the results.

Cons

The only complaint I would have is that the training wasn't the greatest.

Return on Investment

Has cut down on travel for staff, therefore cut expenses
Makes the interview process quicker since there is no travel

We use HireVue for live interviews at the current time.
