Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use HireVue as a part of our screening process, to get a feel for candidate's personalities.

Pros and Cons

Very easy to use! The candidate feedback has been largely positive. I hardly ever have to provide support to candidates.
When I need help, HireVue's support team is effective and fast.

I would like better Taleo integration features, such as the ability to select multiple candidates and send them all HireVues at once.

Return on Investment

It definitely helps with efficiency, as candidates are able to complete their interviews on their own time.
