Overall Satisfaction with HireVue
Currently New Visions for Public Schools uses HireVue to interview candidates for potential opportunities across our organization. Members of the Talent Acquisition Team are primarily the users of HireVue for teacher hiring. Other internal hiring managers use it as well for positions on their team. HireVue helps us with the large quantity of interviews we need to perform.
- HireVue allows candidates to record their answers multiple times before submitting easing some of the anxiety associated with interviewing.
- HireVue alerts team members when interviews have been completed and allows various assignments so the workload is distributed across the team.
- HireVue presents a polished platform that is adjustable to meet the company's needs.
- HireVue is not yet seamlessly linked to the applicant tracking system we use.
- HireVue is not able to hold candidate resumes beside the video interviews causing us to have to switch back and forth between systems.
- HireVue has allowed the Talent Team to increase their efficiency in responding to candidates to move them through the next step in our hiring process.
- HireVue has allowed us to share interviews across hiring managers.
- HireVue has made some candidates feel uncomfortable and perhaps prevented them from moving forward with our process.
