Overall Satisfaction with HireVue
We use HireVue for hiring decisions across the board touching all departments, both part-time and full-time roles. It helps decision makers with the first step of the interviewing process, getting to know a little about candidate so they can decide whether they would be a good fit for the role. Good indicator of communication and sales skills.
- Provides communication and social skills
- Provides background and experience of candidate
- How comfortable they are trying this new platform
- Sometimes makes candidates very nervous and mess up causing them not to be selected by manager
- Candidates sometimes don't follow through with completing interview because it is a new platform for them, causing them not to be in pipeline
- Buffering often occurs on either candidate or our end, making it frustrating to get through the interview
- Definitely faster turnaround time of managers reviewing and pulling trigger to onboard candidates
- Better quality of candidates being sent to managers for review
- Overall more dependability in workforce, taking the extra step to make a good first impression
