Overall Satisfaction with HireVue
HireVue is being used within our customer service organization as a pre-screen tool for our customer service representative (high volume) positions across the US. It is helping us identify top candidates quickly and reduce the amount of time recruiters are spending in the pre-screening process.
- The technology is seamless for candidates and works well on mobile devices or anything with a webcam.
- The ability for candidates to complete their prescreen interview 24/7 provides the flexibility that our candidates need and appreciate.
- You can tailor your questions for all positions.
- Ability to include a welcoming/closing message for candidates.
- Reporting could be better.
- Less time for recruiters spent on prescreens.
- Improved quality of candidate going to interview.
We looked at Green Job Interview and another company but I don't recall their name. HireVue was more expensive in cost but overall value was better. They are a larger company with more support and have been established longer.
