HireVue is used as a recruitment tool for both position recruiting and internal growth programs. It solves the business problem of time zones, as it is on demand. It also is a great tool for determining whether a candidate meets the communication needs of our company. As one of our values is to embrace the bizarre, HireVue is also a wonderful tool to showcase our culture and let us see if a candidate can also embrace the bizarre.
