Overall Satisfaction with Hotjar

Hotjar is used for almost all of our clients, including ourselves. The tool allows us to make recommendations for our client's website to optimize them for areas of improvement or opportunity. By collecting data so quickly, we are able to make informed decisions that allow our customer to optimize their website.

Hotjar allows users to test specific areas on your website by clicking different parts of the page and analyzing where the user is drawn to on the page. We have very few negative things to say about Hotjar, the tool is user-friendly and easy to navigate and it complements other tools such as Google Analytics.
