This program is being used by several departments within the food and beverage department. It addresses the organization of scheduling, staff requests, availability, etc. It makes it much easier to keep all scheduling information in one place.
- Organizes the staff requests, availability and needs.
- The reporting abilities are fantastic.
- The communication and immediate updating in real time for any edits or changes is great.
- You are able to message all employees in real time at any given moment.
- I would like to be able to add a dollar budget amount to compare my actual schedule dollars to my budget.
- Edit and post schedules from the app.
- Print the weekly schedule in a larger font.

I had called regarding our reporting capabilities. I spoke with a customer representative right away and he was extremely helpful. He walked me through how to calculate and input all forecast revenues and budgets in order to see what my payroll % would be against revenue. It ended up not being exactly what I was looking for, however the level of knowledge and support was excellent.
