Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use only HotSchedules for all employee scheduling. We also use it for communicating between management and to forecast labor costs. After 9 years, HotSchedules has become invaluable to our organization and we encourage all new employees to become fluent in its processes.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Employee interaction- they have control over their own trades
Schedule writing- it makes scheduling easy and time efficient

Cons

They could be integrated with more POS systems- most exclusively REVEL.

When I Work

I hated When I Work!!! It was so difficult to maneuver between schedules and after the ease of HotSchedules, it became frustrating.

Likelihood to Recommend

We have only used HotSchedules at my business for employee scheduling. I find it to be nearly perfect for our current needs.
