Overall Satisfaction

  • The product is extremely easy to use in general. Most functions are intuitive but if you do get stuck there are plenty of supporting documents to help you out.
  • HubSpot truly is an all-in-one tool. The integration with social media is just one aspect of HubSpot that makes your job easier since managing multiple social media accounts is made easy. Scheduling posts on social media is a huge part of social media management and HubSpot's tool makes it easy.
  • The ability to track and see what prospects are doing on your site is beyond powerful. Not only can you get real-time data but the historical data available to you is impressive as well. You can use this data to tailor your approach to get more success with your efforts.
  • The analytics with HubSpot are impressive but I'd like to see more customizable reports similar to what Google Analytics offers. Once in a while I can't drill down far enough to really get the information that I need.
  • You need to have some decent HTML knowledge in order to get the most from HubSpot's email and blog tools. Some customization options are missing that seem like simple additions.
  • HubSpot does a great job giving you an overview of how to use their tools but oftentimes it is up to you to figure how to use some of the advanced features/tactics. A little more in-depth knowledge base would be nice to have.
  • Efficiency is a large benefit of HubSpot. Many tedious tasks are streamlined such as social media monitoring and lead nurturing. This allows you to focus more on strategy instead of execution.
  • HubSpot allows you to track almost everything you do which helps you to convert more leads. You can see what is actually working and put more effort into those areas instead of just guessing what type of tactics are working.
  • I think that HubSpot allows you to provide a better experience for the end users since you have a larger grasp at what is going on from a high level all of the way down to individual pages. You can customize your site and approach appropriately in order to delight the customer.
Numbers don't lie, and HubSpot delivers. Increased website traffic and leads are all achievable with HubSpot. Not only that, but HubSpot makes it easy to do so. There are constantly new updates and tools that set HubSpot above the competition as a forward-thinking company.
HubSpot wants you to succeed and this is evident through their training and ridiculously good customer support. I've never had a question go unanswered by their support team which are all live human beings that you can reach via phone or email. The training offered by HubSpot isn't just a simple few courses. Instead they have challenging exams which require a good amount of preparation.
