Pros and Cons

Pros

Blog formatting is very good
Allows me to see marketing performance
Allows me to see the number of leads per day
Allows me to see the landing pages to see what works well and what doesn't
Allows me to see key works that will draw in viewers to the website.

Cons

Most animations that can be added work great but there is room for improvement. If for some reason I delete an animation from where they are stored, it also deletes from my blog.
It does not allow me to add short videos to the blogs. This would be great for showing short demos.
There could be more improvement in the CTA button section. There seems to be an issue when working with IE from time to time and it is very slow to load

Return on Investment

The positive impact is faster lead conversion.
Hubspot has very good customer service. Any problems and they are quick to fix the issues and always return call in a timely and friendly manner.

Hubspot is easy to work with and the customer service is very good also. Efficient and fast service means a lot when getting the job done.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would tell them first about customer service, updates to the products, and the ease of navigating through the software.
