  • The ability to easily edit your website.
  • The reports and easy access of analytics.
  • The prospects tool is FANTASTIC!
  • The support, academy, webinars, forums, etc. are a great learning tool and help with my overall knowledge of current marketing.
  • They hold their price for what you FIRST paid - they do not do increases. That is unheard of!
  • I really have no complaints, Hubspot is always changing and adding new features. They stay ahead of the curve as far as the improvements to their software.
  • You need to have time to invest into the software, or else you will struggle. It's worth it to hire a dedicated project manager to implement.
  • It was very difficult to move my website over to the Hubspot template. It took over two months of back and forth which cut into my Hubspot subscription. Even with this, I cannot complain too much - the support team worked with me and I had constant communication. They were never rude and always supportive with my wishes.
The price is fantastic for what you get. It's an all-encompassing software with great support and academy sessions to help you grow as a marketer and stay current with what's going on in the marketing world.
My best advice would be to invest as much time as possible to get the maximum benefit. You will be the most successful and LEARN so much if you watch the webinars, do the training and put your maximum efforts into it. Be prepared to hit some obstacles (as with anything) and consult one of the Hubspot reps for what package will work with your website - i.e. I have the basic Hubspot package - but this made it very limiting and difficult to convert my website.
