Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

Our Marketing department uses HubSpot to organize, execute, and track outbound marketing campaigns. We're using it to ensure customer satisfaction and nurture leads.
  • The interface is easy to use.
  • The reports are thorough and useful.
  • It integrates nicely with other platforms (including Salesforce and Wistia).
  • Not yet experienced enough to answer this one; if I had to pick one thing, it would be using the email tool.
  • We've had a significant increase in web traffic and email open rates.
  • Increased employee efficiency, because everything is in one place.
It's been extremely helpful for our organization's marketing goals.
