Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
HubSpot is currently being used by our entire organisation, from a global corporate view to current roll out in our 33 sales companies. It has addressed the primary business problem we had to overcome of not having a global CRM. We were not able to track from a group level the number of sales leads coming in online and their conversion.

- Currently we have an issue, which HubSpot is aware of, that being a corporate company we have many sales companies with their own website domain, these are not technically subdomains as they have their own xx site address but are under the corporate umbrella. We cannot create different admin access, leads rights, dashboards for each domain without each sales entity having their own account, which creates a secondary problem. Apart from the cost issue, we need to have a global overview of all activities being performed in online, and with separate accounts we lose that. It is also impossible for us to have one enterprise account, which we currently have, with over 33 people of different skills levels accessing the same account. Also there is a conflict of interest in the leads visibility allowed between countries.
- We have only had the solution in the last four months, so we are in the very beginning stage of analysis on the ROI, but we have seen a very positive trend in lead generation and tracking. Once we have focus pages, landing pages, and campaign pages up and running, we hope to see a lot better ROI.
