Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

My company is using HubSpot to automate our on-boarding as well as for all marketing communication.
  • It seems to be easy to use
  • Simple to use API
  • Good support
  • Bad - not customizable reporting
  • Limited search
  • No strong support for other social media tools other than Twitter
  • Better tracking of communication
  • Good integration with our software in-home built via their API
  • Good integration with saleforce
Compared to Marketo and Pardot. We chose it for the price and feature set.
HubSpot is a pretty good tool, but check if you can generate the reports you need. We couldn't.
