Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
The HubSpot CRM is being used by our sales team, and we also recommend the CRM to some of our clients. HubSpot's CRM is an excellent way for small-to-medium sized sales teams to track, follow-up, and close on leads. The biggest problem the HubSpot CRM addresses would be the connection between a marketing platform and sales platform. It's basically the bridge that enables your business to market.
Pros
- Easy to begin using immediately, with little to no training.
- Excellent prospecting tool allows for easy lead-scoring at a glance.
- Emails and fields are connected to the marketing platform.
Cons
- Reporting features could use some improvements.
- Isn't the most fully-featured CRM.
- Some of the features might need bolstering.
- Improved prospecting.
- Tracking and following up with customers.
