Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
At Avo the sales team uses HubSpot CRM daily to track our progress in terms of the sales cycle with various prospects across multiple levels of several industries. HubSpot CRM allows my colleagues and I to see who has been in communication with which members of target companies, which is of the utmost importance as having multiple reps reach out the same contact can lose a deal instantly.
For our specific team, we work with property management companies and developers and HubSpot CRM has allowed us to track each company's portfolio while simultaneously attaching the contacts to their respective buildings within the company.
We are able to easily track which team member is working with which company or building, which has streamlined our processes and increased efficiency tenfold!

- Easily able to identify which colleague is working a particular deal and who they have been in contact with.
- Organize all of my contacts and deals on a single page, keeping me organized and focused on key relationships.
- Through the "Tasks" function, I'm able to set reminders for myself not only in the HubSpot CRM app or desktop window, but I can also have a reminder sent to me automatically.
- I honestly haven't found any shortcomings to date as we've been able to customize the stages and "properties" as needed - making it truly feel tailored to our needs.
- I can't put a number on it, but HubSpot CRM has been invaluable in keeping our reps organized and hitting quota month after month.
