Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Our use of HubSpot has started as a sales tool and we have expanded it to allow other departments and management to be made aware and respond to the needs of our customer base.
  • Tracking progress of deals
  • Managing accounts effectively
  • Allowing all transactions between our customer bas and our employees to be tracked and logged
  • Bring back the option of the dashboard as it is very useful
  • Filter the online information that the system gathers better
  • Migrate contact info from company info thus negating the need for doubling the workload
  • 100% better than using a diary
  • We can now track our sales teams interactions with their customers
  • more prompting via last contacted to communicate on a regular basis with our customer base
