We use Hubspot CRM to manage and engage incoming sales leads, as well as in our ABM outreach.
- Giving me a clear history of my engagement with each person.
- Organizing and sequencing my daily tasks.
- Storing and helping create email templates.
- Providing visibility into my own activity and accomplishments.
- The search feature does not show you the correct result until you spell the entire name, giving you completely different/unrelated results until you do.
- It has helped manage the workflow of my entire team, allowing us to design and schedule our time, basically outlining our role through Hubspot's tracking of our activity.
