Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use Hubspot CRM to manage and engage incoming sales leads, as well as in our ABM outreach.
  • Giving me a clear history of my engagement with each person.
  • Organizing and sequencing my daily tasks.
  • Storing and helping create email templates.
  • Providing visibility into my own activity and accomplishments.
  • The search feature does not show you the correct result until you spell the entire name, giving you completely different/unrelated results until you do.
  • It has helped manage the workflow of my entire team, allowing us to design and schedule our time, basically outlining our role through Hubspot's tracking of our activity.
We only use Hubspot and Salesforce, but each for different things. Outside of that, I have only used Hubspot CRM.

It is very well suited to help you manage outreach to many different people while keeping track of your history with each one so that you can have a personal touch with everyone. It's less suited to help you hunt for and find those leads.
