Intuitive design and built to scale with options for every step in the business-building process. Microsoft Dynamics [365] is time-consuming and a terrible user experience. Jobber is great for service-based businesses, SharpSpring [from Constant Contact] and Agile [CRM] just didn't have the tools to ease the workload we were looking for. The Academy for learning and developing your skills is also top-notch.
