Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Love HubSpot. Makes it incredibly easy to do my job on the go. The system address ease of use on the go, access to information, and the ability to incorporate new features to help optimize the fastest response time to the consumer.
  • Mobile Use
  • Detailed oriented for the different departments to use
  • Lots of Training
  • Mobile app isn't as responsive as a laptop
  • Adds to many people/companies when it's not needed leading to more than leads that actually exist
  • Reports aren't as accurate as they should be for the same reason listed above
  • Increased Growth
  • Better opportunity for follow up
  • Increased contact with clients
Hubspot is amazing. Salesforce is easier to use, but HubSpot definitely makes using several systems in one less complicated. I love HubSpot's reports and feel like they make seeing trends easier.

Scenario 1- Love how easy it is to recall notes and phone calls due to Gong being implemented into HubSpot. Helps us stay focused on the actual objection versus what we think the issue is. Leading to more sales
