Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

keep track of customers and leads!

Pros

  • Keep track of my calls
  • Show me my dashboad detailed
  • Use templates to facilitate my emails

Cons

  • easier steps to create a deal, sometimes it takes a long time
  • show the filled spaces first. Too many things displayed
  • time saving
  • avoid calling a customer twice
  • keep the information updated
I used only another one before working with HubSpot and this one was definitely more features included, in comparison. I don't have to go to emails so much or any other platform. I can call from there, send emails, keep notes, create tasks, everything. I really like using this system
I am able to see where a lead or information is coming from. Also, I can see the subscription and the times a customer has checked our emails and webpage.

I believe is very appropriate and necessary for sales teams, because you can keep track of the customers, see the history, send emails, and do everything you need in the same place! Probably it won't be very necessary for support areas I think. But is very useful with customer-related areas!
