Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot [CRM] to record calls, customer notes and so much more. I love the fact that you can view old emails instantly. The texting feature is nice as well. We were using an outdated system so the switch to Hubspot [CRM] was very welcomed, but it still lived up to the expectations, and then some.
  • Align our sales and marketing team by providing visibility into campaigns and messaging.
  • Email sequencing and automatically taking action so you don't need to remember to send follow-ups.
  • Turning leads into customers.
  • I'm not sure at this point as I've only used [it] for 6 months... [a] big fan so far and are not sure.
  • We have acquired more new customers in 2021 than ever. I am not in the job function to give you a number, but I know the email sequencing tools are a big reason why.
I do believe Hubspot [CRM] was easier to use compared to the demos we tested before we went with Hubspot [CRM]. If your organization doesn't go in-depth on training, they have all the resources and tools you could ever need.
I didn't have much time with Salesforce in the past, but I will say after using Hubspot [CRM], I'd have no reason to switch because it has ALL the features our business needs.
