Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot [CRM] to record calls, customer notes and so much more. I love the fact that you can view old emails instantly. The texting feature is nice as well. We were using an outdated system so the switch to Hubspot [CRM] was very welcomed, but it still lived up to the expectations, and then some.
Pros
- Align our sales and marketing team by providing visibility into campaigns and messaging.
- Email sequencing and automatically taking action so you don't need to remember to send follow-ups.
- Turning leads into customers.
Cons
- I'm not sure at this point as I've only used [it] for 6 months... [a] big fan so far and are not sure.
- We have acquired more new customers in 2021 than ever. I am not in the job function to give you a number, but I know the email sequencing tools are a big reason why.
We finally now know what email campaigns the marketing team is sending. In turn, we can prepare with follow-up texts on various products or new launches. The visibility has made achieving goals so much easier.
I didn't have much time with Salesforce in the past, but I will say after using Hubspot [CRM], I'd have no reason to switch because it has ALL the features our business needs.
