Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot daily in order to track my emails and show how I am communicating with different clients. HubSpot has been useful in collectively organizing all of my data into one easy showcase. These little steps towards collectiveness have made a difference in my daily life. I have absolutely no complaints and love what I do with my sales in HubSpot.

I came into this company with absolutely no knowledge of CRMs and HubSpot was the first I was introduced to. Following this path, I have easily adapted to HubSpot and made it my daily user. I have no trouble with HubSpot at all because all of the guides are easy to find and walk you through step by step on how to do things.
We are able to easily track all of our operations throughout our organization. Almost anyone in upper management can see what is going on with our employees and easily assist if need be. Employees on the lower level cannot access certain aspects and it makes it easy to keep privacy where it needs to be held.
I actually have not used any other CRM and I do not plan on switching anytime soon. The ease of access with HubSpot was a no-brainer and I do not have the time to try and switch. Whenever I am lost or confused, I turn to the guides and they always direct my path.

Well working in the logistics field, I am constantly dealing with clients. Being able to go to the company and the contact where my list of activities has been done, I can easily find where I left off or where I need to begin my new day. I have never been left out of the loop while using HubSpot.
