Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
For sales - following up on sales leads, inputting leads, taking notes, staying on top of tasks, etc.
Pros
- Tasks function keeps me on point
- Sequences have made the pitching process more streamlined
- Ability to add notes and log calls/texts made from my cell phone
Cons
- The search function is terrible - brings up other rep's clients or people whose names don't resemble the one I'm searching for
- Ability to search for email subject lines is needed
- Ability to review and edit emails in a sequence before they are sent
- ROI
- Ability to stay on top of opportunities and leads
- Ability to analyze data to see what I need to work on
