Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use Hubspot CRM to import leads for our sales team, update contact information, include deals and tickets, as well as any notes.

Pros

Hubspot is the best CRM I have used by far. It's very well laid out, you can adjust it based on your preferences which is nice and the ability to add any views or filters is what makes our job a lot easier. Hubspot has definitely improved how our company operates!
Hubspot has influenced how we utilize our sales and marketing team. By having certain filters in place, we can make lists of clients that are going to be at particular meets and blast email them all, we can include birthdays so we can send them a Happy Birthday message and hopefully get dialogue going, and we can see what publishers are most popular in our space

It's well suited for sales reps keeping track of activity, having all contacts in one spot, and the ability to update an account efficiently and quickly. Hubspot has everything in spot which makes our job seamless and effective with finding if a rep has a call/email with someone, if there was an issue, or if there's any progress on a deal being made.
