Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is used within our company to encompass all of our Sales deals, leads, as well as Marketing activities, it is simple to use and allows us to have one centralized area to communicate with each other across departments, whilst also giving notifications where needed.

The Workflow function and Automation features are some of my personal favorite sections of Hubspot as it allows me to complete tasks in minutes that would otherwise take hours or even days! Overall HubSpot has been a blessing to our business and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is tired of having all of your information scattered over various excel documents.
  • Automation features that make mundane time-consuming tasks take minutes rather than hours
  • Easy to communicate with others in your business by adding notes to contacts and tagging colleagues
  • Keeping all of your contacts and lists centralized rather than multiple messy excel files
  • Sometimes the system can be a little slow in the late afternoon (UK) due to the NA region using it more
  • Navigating can sometimes be a little confusing
  • The phrasing within Workflows can be a little confusing (using double negatives when setting parameters.)
  • Optimising the time needed for performing email outreach
  • Increased conversion rates due to tracking email clicks and opening trends
  • Shorter deals cycles
This is the first CRM software that I have had the pleasure of using and after using this I wouldn't have any need or reason to try a different one.
Having a centralized place that allows the Marketing team and Sales team to see the campaigns and emails that have been sent out to leads has had a tangible benefit to our business, as well as allowing us to adapt and change strategies based on analytics. Before using HubSpot the teams felt fragmented and often became frustrated when trying to find the necessary documents and excel spreadsheets that they needed, now we have all of our campaigns and reports available to everyone who needs them in each of their own segmented areas.

A list of contacts was imported from our excel spreadsheets and a message was drafted up to be sent as a marketing email. We wanted to add personalized aspects such as the contact's name and company name, HubSpot allowed us to automate this so that we didn't need to go through each email and personalize each one individually.
