Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot makes it super easy to track my clients, set tasks to follow up, automate email campaigns, and make sales much faster. Overall my experience has been very positive. I haven't had too many things to complain about when it comes to the user interface in HubSpot. Overall I usually get a few too many emails but other than that it helps me manage my pipeline very effectively.

  • Organizing my deals to make sure nobody slips through the cracks
  • Setting up initial contact emails to respond to all leads.
  • having deals notes, meetings, calls, and tasks separate from the contacts.
  • the Kixie integration could be more streamlined
  • There are a lot of notification emails for things that aren't super relevant and it's difficult to find where to turn those off.
  • It has helped me double my revenue goals since working with it.
  • Made my deals flow much quicker
  • Nice email integration
HubSpot is significantly easier to navigate for the first-time user than other software I've used in the past. I was able to figure out the majority of things on my own without a lot of issues. Overall the setup to get rid of unnecessary email notifications can be a little confusing since there are so many options to pick from.

Tracking my deals works great. I've been able to specifically organize exactly where all my clients are in the deal flow and keep them all progressing so I don't lose people in the cracks. Making a lot of calls the caller integration isn't awesome. I usually just have to work manually through the caller.
