Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM makes it simple for me to keep track of my clients, assign follow-up activities, automate email campaigns, and close deals more quickly. My general view is that it was a fantastic experience. When it comes to HubSpot CRM's user interface, I haven't found much to complain about. I normally receive a few too many emails, but it otherwise assists me in properly managing my pipeline.
  • To respond to all leads, set up initial contact emails.
  • Monitoring my transactions to ensure that no one falls between the gaps.
  • Tasks allow me to be productive during the day.
  • Keeping count of specific contacts' touch points.
  • Keeping business notes, meetings, conversations, and tasks separate from contacts is a good idea.
  • There are a lot of notifications for stuff that aren't particularly important, and it's tough to figure out how to turn them off.
  • I'd want to see more dashboard customization; I can obtain all the info I need, but having it appear the way I want it would be fantastic.
  • Routine, time-consuming tasks can now be completed in minutes rather than hours thanks to automation tools.
  • Rather than many cluttered excel files, keep all of your contacts and lists in one place.
  • Adding notes to contacts and tagging coworkers makes it simple to communicate with others in your company.
Using a centralized location where the Sales and Marketing efforts can see the campaigns and emails that have been sent out to leads has had a significant impact on our company, as well as allowing us to adapt and adjust strategy depending on statistics. Before adopting HubSpot CRM, the teams felt scattered and confused while attempting to access the relevant documents and excel spreadsheets. Now, all of our campaigns and reports are available to anybody who needs them in their respective constraints.
It's ideal as a central repository for all company information, from deals to lead information, that everyone can quickly access. I believe that interacting with coworkers is easier and that the connectivity with Outlook via alerts allows me to communicate with my marketing colleagues quickly. HubSpot CRM is ideal for salespeople since it allows them to track practically everything. Connections with coworkers are handled expertly.

HubSpot CRM is better suited to smaller businesses that require a CRM to handle the majority of the duties thrown at it, such as making calls to prospects or communicating with current clients. HubSpot CRM makes it simple to see the status of leads and how they convert, as well as the statistics and performance. It's ideal for sales professionals that need to keep track of activity, have all of their contacts in one place, and update accounts quickly and easily. Hubspot has everything in place to make our job easier and more efficient when it comes to finding out if a rep has a call/email with someone, if there was an issue, or if a sale is progressing.
