We use HubSpot as a CRM to manage the acquisition, growth and retention of our customers. This includes the use of HubSpot Sales Pro, HubSpot CRM suite and contract signature functionality. The tool is integrated in everything the commercial teams at HeadBox do.
Pros
- Email sequencing.
- Revenue forecasting and pipeline management.
- Reporting.
Cons
- Reporting of email sequencing could improve with easier segmentation functionality across recipients and analytics of why emails are performing well (time of day, content, etc...)
- Improved sales velocity.
- Improved conversion rates.
- Improved ATV.
Reporting has allowed us to coordinate the strategy across Marketing and Sales.
