Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We create lists with prospects to contact owners, use it for inbound requests with sequences adapted to the request, landing pages from our website... It's the tool to manage our prospects/customers, content and deals. Used for sales and marketing.

Pros

  • Sequences.
  • Contact lists.
  • Personalization.

Cons

  • Preview on how will prospect receive a mail (space missing between "Hi" and [C - First Name].
  • A button to rollback an action.
  • An Alert that could be sent if the contact has been contacted too much, so the possibility to define how much emails via automation a prospect can receive.
  • Cost savings, only 1-2 persons need to actively manage HubSpot.
  • Contact base becomes huge and we can still manage it thanks to HubSpot.
  • Expensive solution especially with a growing database.
The features are concisely explained and provided, the building of sequences doesn't take too much time and you never have to start over just because one thing was wrong or missing. Never had this feeling that I wanna throw my laptop on the floor. Moreover, there are just more personalization features.
At Holoplot, we are hybrid working and the marketing is mostly based out of the company HQ. With HubSpot, it's easier to manage without having to show in person or even to share screens and explain forever what you wanna do remotely. Marketing and Sales aren't mixing the activities and we can better assign marketing and sales tasks. Afterwards, we are able to consult what they are doing and to give feedback.
HubSpot offers more personalization possibilities, filters and features in general. Dashboards helps having real-time statistics and evaluate actions to take. After events such as trade shows the follow-up through automated sequences with lists of contacts per sales are smooth.

The creation of sequences is easier than any competitor. In general, the features are easy to use and a few features that you don't use much are still relevant such as this call button or log a meeting. I particularly like using the task feature to assign sales to follow-up tasks. What would be missing is a report to know if they actually did follow-up.
