Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot to track ALL of our leads generated via our omnichannel campaigns and channels. We are able to track Marketing & Non-Marketing leads generated. We are able to upload unlimited Non-Marketing leads and manage them through the various pipeline levels. We are able to track each employee and also as a collective entity.

  • Ability to develop more complex multi-dimensional reports easily
  • Ability to create multi-level view of teams and sales

Much easier to use than many other CRM solutions available today. Easy to train up a team and faster time to market.

Easy to set up and enable the sales team through quick learning and on-demand videos. Easy to move around and also to create standard reports very quickly. Difficulty to create multi-dimensional and layered dashboards easily. Easier to develop and use Dashboard for mass updates, management, and deleting. Easy to learn via HubSpot Academy
