Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot daily to manage 4000+ contacts, keeping track of contact info, communication details, calls, scheduling meetings, important notes to know, stages of the sale, etc.
Pros
- Stores contact information.
- Automates communication with ease in the form of templates & sequences.
- Communication across team members in the company.
- Creates a history of the relationship with a client or referral source.
Cons
- Adding additional categories for tracking specific to the company.
- Creating specific filtered lists + assigning bulk tasks/communication.
We have a marketing team that does this. We can also see what they send in addition to what our individual communications are.
