Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM has helped our company grow on the online side of things. It's very helpful by allowing us to organize and keep track of our leads. We are going to triple our online sales this year. HubSpot CRM plays a huge part in this. If you are looking for a CRM, I will take a hard look at this one!
Pros
- Tracks every little move moments that our leads do.
- Sequences are awesome it helps with reaching out to consumers that aren't quite ready.
- The setting task is huge for me. It allows me to set tasks months or even a year down the road to help follow up.
Cons
- I would like to see HubSpot CRM lean towards texting just a hair more.
- We have tripled online sales revenue with help of HubSpot CRM.
- Cost savings helps up track our ads that we are running.
- Helps with long term deals to be completed.
Running ads and being able to track the ads and seeing how many leads we are closing of the ads are very nice so they align very well.
