Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I am using Hubspot CRM to manage our client's information and plans. It acts as the main tool to know what's happening with the partnership and their experience with the company. As a manager, this is where I put updates on their partner EAs so that everyone is aware of how the partnership is going.
Pros
- Keeps track of conversation via message or email.
- Keeps everyone in the loop how the partnership is going.
- Allows us to know who are the POCs per client.
- Allows us to access other documents related to the client which are all housed in Hubspot.
Cons
- Probably more icons instead of just words or letters to make it more appealing and to manage easily.
- A tab where it can house video recordings of conversation to close the loop.
- A graph to represent the satisfaction of the client.
- It allows to smoothly manage a client's information where we can tap a certain department depending on where the stage is.
- It is easy to use from startup to end users.
- It houses all required information to know more about the client.
Given that the tool houses all information that is required to know and for us to have visibility on which stage we are in, we can easily follow the journey as to how close we are to meeting with a client. They are able to tap the next department that needs to step in and continue the process.
They basically each have their own differences and focuses. Hubspot CRM is for a huge business where all departments can communicate and have visibility as to where the partnership is. You will never be blindsided since it is readily available in the tool. Hence this is the CRM of choice.
