Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Sometimes it is hard to jump between leads
If I'm searching for a lead and I decide to go back to the past lead, I cannot do that. I have to type the name again

Pros

  • Deal's status
  • Lead's tracking
  • Email tracking

Cons

  • Managing tasks, there's a bug that won't let you click on "Next"
  • Very positive, following up leads is very simple
  • Tasks come in very handy
Never have used another CRM.
Communication between sales and marketing happens outside HS
