Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use Hubspot CRM to organize and plan my outreach for the entire work day; set tasks, and categorize prospects. My use of HubSpot CRM was very basic ad most of what I did was out of reach and sending emails to prospects, what made HubSpot CRM so useful was all the free courses it offered me when I first started using it. It set the foundation for my emails and gave me specific suggestions that helped me stay on topic, ask questions, and set appointments. My favorite tool to use was the task feature, being able to bulk prospects and add them to a task list made using templates easy and fast to use, and saved me hours of productivity

When we receive our email marketing plan for the month, we can see when our leads will receive a marketing email. With HubSpot CRM we also get to see the activity that each lead has had. Hubspot CRM allowed for the marketing and sales team to work by the activity email tracking.
