Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use Hubspot CRM to organize and plan my outreach for the entire work day; set tasks, and categorize prospects. My use of HubSpot CRM was very basic ad most of what I did was out of reach and sending emails to prospects, what made HubSpot CRM so useful was all the free courses it offered me when I first started using it. It set the foundation for my emails and gave me specific suggestions that helped me stay on topic, ask questions, and set appointments. My favorite tool to use was the task feature, being able to bulk prospects and add them to a task list made using templates easy and fast to use, and saved me hours of productivity

I haven't used any other software with that being said; I would have never been to reach out to as many leads as I did. Moreover using just outlook would have made contact lists long and daunting without templates to copy and send. Templates also kept the content consistent and accurate without making any mistakes.

I can't imagine not using HubSpot CRM in any sales environment. Hubspot CRM allowed for adequate outreach, and template sharing and made categories of prospects simple and easy. The only time I could think it would not be a good tool to use is when you have a small size of potential customers. Although even for a smaller customer base there the email monitoring feature allows for useful insight into how good or poor you are doing. It allows to track productivity.
