Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I work on the recruitment team for a foster care agency. We use HubSpot to contact and communicate with all inquiries submitted through our website from people interested in becoming foster parents. We use different pipelines to categorize and track contacts. In my role, I use the training pipeline the most to track and manage the training progress. I also use tasks to manage and schedule my appointments throughout the day. I pretty much live in my tasks. Creating automated marketing emails has been very beneficial to the recruitment team as it has helped to cut down on the number of tasks we are assigned. The creation of playbooks has also been helpful as it is a step-by-step guide for each existing deal. Our IT Support is extremely knowledgeable and supportive with HubSpot which is also very helpful.

HubSpot CRM is the only product I have used like this. We use HubSpot in conjunction with Extended Reach.
